Staff super nice and welcoming. Location is good. Hotel has a big public bath (not natural hot spring) inside which is super nice.

The room was spacious and offered a nice view. Staff were courteous and professional. The hotel is in a good location and is easily accessible to nearby areas and transportation. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Facilities were adequate for a short stay.

The room was nice and clean. The public bath was amazing we loved it a lot. The location is good, not far from the train station.

No luggage rack in the room. When I called the front desk the guy said “we don’t have any in this hotel”, and hung up on me.

The hotel is a beautiful place and the staff are very helpful. The location is great. A bus stop and a tram stop are right outside of the hotel. The room is spacious. Beds are comfortable. The free spa facility is wonderful.

Phenomenal service and a door straight into the convenience store off the side. Close by to the station and super relaxing. Views were also phenomenal and amenities were an added perk.

It felt like the towels were not replaced during our stay. We felt that the same towel's were just folded and kept instead of replacing them.The same case with the pajyama's.Being rated as a 4 Star hotel, we expected the towels and pyjamas to be replaced everyday

Very elegant hotel, with a spacious lounge that even has a piano! The room was big and the view from the upper floors was spectacular. It is very close to Stadium City, which is a must visit place for football fans, there are shops, restaurants, you can freely explore the stadium, and at night there are light shows every 30 minutes. Tram station is right in the front of the hotel, and the Nagoya station is a 10 min walk away. The staff is very friendly and when you arrive you receive pamphlets with information about the hotel, its surroundings and popular visiting spots.The curtains are very good at blocking the daylight when you want to sleep more in the morning. There is self-service laundry available and 24/7 Family Mart entrance right from the hotel.

The lighting in the room is weak even with all lights on.

Spacious room, can accommodate 2 pieces of opened luggage. Free use of hot spring and they have covered in-house parking lot. Buffet breakfast provides a great deal of choice with a marvellous city view on 15/F.

It’s a non-smoking room but still had a great deal of smoking odour.

Loved the space and amenities. Japanese bath house was very nice after a long day out and about. Wifi is great.

Very convenient location for all touristy places. Great breakfast, with a lot of western and asian options. Staff is helpful and accomodating. Nice window view overlooking the city.

Air quality in the hotel is rather poor, so if you are sensitive - better look for other options. Rooms and halls in the upper floors have cigarette smoke smell even though they are non-smoking - signs of poor ventilation. Had to request room change for this reason (request was accepted and the process itself went smoothly).

The property was luxe and we definitely felt special staying there. The staff were all lovely and efficient and we were able to access our room a little early as it was ready for us. We really appreciated that. The Kombini at the door was such a bonus as well for the usual convenience purchases

It was a little difficult to find places for dinner in the area. But that was down to local knowledge, and we should probably have asked at the front desk for some recommendations.

Wonderful rich breakfast on the 15th floor, overlooking the city. Great Onsen. Very clean and spacious room. Bus to the airport right outside the hotel.

Staff at the reception desk were all very nice and eager to help. However, understanding and speaking basic English seems like a must in a hotel of this size and quality.

The hotel lobby was beautiful- even a pianist!Breakfast view and food wonderful. Loved the ladies bathing facilities- brand new looking and so relaxing. Individual bathtubs or larger baths, sauna etc. Staff were all so welcoming and helpful. Perfectly situated in the middle of Nagasaki’s main attractions. Streetcar stop right outside. We also did the nighttime free shuttle to the ropeway (book online for that from 12pm on the day - the hotel will give you a leaflet with the details).
